As a personal trainer, I am here to help you achieve your personal goals, and I enjoy doing this. This in a safe and well-considered manner. Each training plan is personally tailored to achieve your goals. This is done according to various methods including H.I.I.T., punching bag training and Funxtion. I often combine endurance training, fitness exercises and strength training. I also give group lessons for large and small groups.

HIIT
HIIT, high-intensity interval training, consists of short exercises alternated with short breaks. You put the gas on, recover for a moment and keep going. There is no one exercise that is the best HIIT exercise. The most important thing is that you give it your all.

De groepslessen van Creu zijn altijd leuk. Grapjes maken en lachen hoort er ook bij. Als het een beetje zwaar wordt weet hij mij altijd weer te motiveren. Hij is geduldig en geeft altijd goed advies.

When i started boxing i went to Creo. Before that i was boxing on my own. But after training with him for a few weeks i started seeing sloid improvements. I highly recomend Creo if you want to get in to boxing.

Creu is een goede en enthousiaste trainer. Zijn lessen zijn nooit saai je hebt elke keer wat anders. De ene keer is het boxtraining en andere keer kracht. En wat creu altijd zeg niks aan de hand we gaan er voor 💪
